Jordan has been kitesurfing for around seventeen years, consistently competing at a high level with many podium finishes. He has also worked extensively in the industry, teaching kitesurfing in top global locations such as Anegada in the British Virgin Islands. As Watersports Director, Jordan brings deep competitive and coaching experience to Ventus, helping shape the standards, programmes, and on-water experiences that sit at the heart of every trip.

Liam brings a competitive background in kitesurfing and foil surfing, alongside the experience of running and managing luxury travel and operations. As Operations Director, Liam oversees the Ventus experience from the planning stages through to the final day on the water, ensuring every detail runs smoothly wherever in the world we are operating.

Aron is a qualified BKSA Kitesurf Coach, Head of PUKL UK giving him a broad understanding of multiple disciplines and the skills required to teach them safely and effectively. Aron brings a calm, knowledgeable and approachable coaching style to the Ventus team.
